What is Kayu Health?
Kayu Health is a telehealth platform connecting U.S. adults 18+ with licensed clinicians for personalized peptide and hormone therapy. Prescriptions are filled by accredited compounding pharmacies.
Who can use Kayu Health?
U.S. residents 18+ in states where our partner clinicians and pharmacies are licensed. Eligibility is confirmed during intake.
How does the intake work?
Tap the chat widget at the bottom-right of any page to start a guided medical intake. A licensed clinician reviews your case before any prescription is issued. If a protocol is appropriate, you'll have a follow-up to discuss it before payment is collected.
How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on the protocol — full transparency before any payment, never charged until clinician approval. Details on the Pricing page.
How are prescriptions delivered?
Discreet, temperature-controlled shipping from licensed compounding pharmacies directly to your home address.
What SMS messages will I receive?
Two categories, each requiring separate opt-in inside the chat widget: transactional (appointment reminders, prescription status, account notifications) and marketing (offers, program updates). Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency varies.
How do I stop receiving SMS messages?
Reply STOP to any Kayu Health SMS message, or email chris@kayuhealth.com. You can opt out of marketing messages while keeping transactional messages.
Is my information secure?
Yes. We use HTTPS, encryption at rest, and HIPAA-compliant infrastructure. SMS opt-in data is never shared with any third parties beyond the aggregators required to deliver the messages.
How do I cancel?
