1. Service Description

Kayu Health is a telehealth platform connecting patients with licensed clinicians for personalized peptide and hormone therapy protocols. Prescriptions, when issued, are dispensed by licensed compounding pharmacies.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and a U.S. resident in a state where Kayu Health operates.

3. Medical Disclaimer

Information on this website is educational and not a substitute for professional medical advice. Treatment decisions are made between you and a licensed clinician. Outcomes vary.

4. Payment & Refunds

Charges are billed at time of clinician approval and prescription issuance. Refunds are evaluated case-by-case before any prescription is dispensed; once dispensed, prescriptions are non-refundable per state pharmacy law.

5. SMS Program

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent boxes inside the chat widget on this site, you agree to receive transactional and/or marketing SMS messages from Kayu Health. 6. Intellectual Property

All site content is owned by or licensed to Kayu Health. You may not reproduce or redistribute without permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You will not use the service to harass, defraud, or attempt to access another patient's records.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. To the fullest extent permitted, Kayu Health's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Disputes will be resolved in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
